Since the Middle Ages, the city of Armentières in Northern France, has been known as the cité de la toile (city of the fabric). It is here that Charvet has spent more than a century producing at first cotton and then linen. The history of this company and its dedication to excellence remains unchanged since women of France filled their armoires with linens to last a lifetime.
The Charvet Editions collection celebrates an exquisite balance of contemporary and traditional designs in natural linen. Displaying muted palettes of white, cream and tan, subtly highlighted with contrasting stitching, every home is enriched by the finest French craftsmanship.
